Martin Matuška has been responsible for the marketing and strategy of several successful e-commerce projects. He has typically managed projects with a turnover of more than two million € and larger international project teams.

Experience

Martin is an ideal consultant for small and medium-sized e-commerce projects with great potential. During his career, he has helped grow more than 30 projects in many segments. 

Through consultations, he helps projects scale turnover and find growth paths – for example, through exports or new strategic channels. During 2021, he led projects with a total turnover of more than 20 million €. Among the most successful projects he worked on as a strategist were WARAGOD or Lekarna.cz.

Currently, aside from consulting and management positions at Opinest, he works as a growth marketer at NEBBIA and co-owns a share in several e-commerce projects. He completed a three-year educational programme in Nexteria, which aims to shape future Slovak leaders.
