The operator of the website https://www.opinest.com and personal data is Opinest s. r. o., with its registered office at Einsteinova 11, 851 01 Bratislava, ID No.: 53705769 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

The Operator processes some of your personal data in order to provide our services and to operate our business. When processing personal data, the Operator acts in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain laws of data subjects Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

    1. The Controller processes your contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses of the data subjects, which arise from the law or contracts (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR Regulation).
    2. The Controller processes your contact details for the purpose of providing information, receiving, registering, and processing a non-binding order. 
    3. Contact details are processed only after the data has been submitted by the user.

    1. The Controller processes your email address for the purpose of sending the Newsletter.

How and for how long does the Controller process your personal data? 

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with relevant legal regulations, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the Regulation. Granting consent for the processing of personal data is voluntary; by confirming it, the data subject expresses consent to their processing. 

The Controller shall destroy stored data after the expiry of the period determined by law, upon the revocation of your consent, or if the Controller no longer utilizes it. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing or use of your personal data at any time.

Rights of Data Subjects

The General Data Protection Regulation grants the data subject several rights that can be exercised directly with the Controller (i.e., the entity processing their personal data).

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

Other Forms of Tracking 

This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc. Google will use information from the site for the purpose of evaluating its use, creating reports on its activity for its operators, and providing other services related to website activity and internet usage in general.

Final Provisions

All legal relationships arising on the basis of or in connection with the processing of personal data are governed by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. The Controller reserves the right to change these principles if there is a change in the processing of personal data within our company. This Privacy Policy is valid and effective as of September 24, 2022.
