Cooperation with Opinest usually begins with a full-day workshop with the client. The average time for preparing for the workshop (the introductory call, questionnaire, additional questions, analysis of available data), conducting the workshop, the evaluation and then preparation of the strategy for the next 12 months for the Opinest team is 32 to 40 hours.
Ideally, the complete management of the client’s company responsible for e-commerce, marketing, financing, logistics, IT, warehousing and trade will take part in the workshop. The entire core team from Opinest – Marek, Matej, Michal and Martin – will then meet. The unit price of the introductory workshop is 2400 € + travel expenses.
We run workshops so that we can get the most out of each day:
- We detect and identify all business bottlenecks.
- We review development opportunities, as well as short-term, medium-term and long-term plans and visions.
- We will draw out the path for how achieve them.

Our consultants are able to fill Basecamp/Trello/Asana platforms in a few hours, so that for the coming months an executive has a clear notion of what to work on. Alone they would be looking for a way for a much longer time.

We received the first brief on 27.01.2022, and the campaign was launched on 01.02.2022.
